Mr. Bhavesh Vasani is an Advocate and Trade Marks Attorney. He holds Bachelor degree in Commerce, from Gujarat University and also holds Bachelor degree in Law from the same university. He passed the Law Examination and entered the Bar Council of Gujarat Mr. Bhavesh has vast experience of Intellectual Property valuation while working with H K Acharya & Company.

Mr. Bhavesh represents the cases of our firm before the Vat Tribunals, Income Tax Tribunals, Company Law Board, IPAB and various Courts. He has instantaneous problem solving ability and is also dedicated and hardworking. He is actively involved in the administrative work of the firm. In addition to Litigation, Mr. Bhavesh developed International & domestic Intellectual Property Law strategies including prosecution, licensing and enforcement method involving Trade Marks and Trade Names. He attended several seminars and conferences regarding IP and Corporate laws in India and abroad. He holds International memberships of American Bar Association (ABA) & International Trademarks Association (INTA).
