Ms. Nilam Gadani is Patent Agent with extensive experience in prosecuting patent application and advising clients. She handles patents for inventions in the fields of biochemistry, biotechnology, chemistry, and pharmaceuticals.

She held Bachelor Degree in Biochemistry from Gujarat University. She had received Master Degree in Biomedical Technology from the same university. She has completed her Gen. LL. B. She is mainly involved with litigation, prosecution and formulating opinions on patent matters for domestic and foreign clients. She also counsels clients.

She partakes in variety of seminars and conferences. She has been involved in and obtained excellent results in many Patent Applications while associated with our firm since long. She is also engaged with the publication department of the firm by publishing and editing News letters time to time. She frequently attends national seminars as well as Annual meetings of ASEAN and AIPPI. She had attended the Sixth Annual World Congress presented by BIO (Biotechnology Industry Organisation). She is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi & English.
