Mr. Rajesh Upadhyaya is Advocate and Trade Marks Attorney with expertise in prosecution of Trade mark as a Part of Intellectual Property Law. He works in our Mumbai Branch office and handles Trademark Division. He holds bachelor degree in commerce from Mumbai University, India. He is qualified as a trade marks agent in the year 2007.

He has good experience of Prosecution especially in the field of Trade Marks. He is associated with our firm since very long. He successfully handles application matters before The Trade Marks Registry. He counsels firm's clients on a wide range of Intellectual Property Issues. He mainly focuses on prosecution part of Trade Marks, from filing the application to registration.

He has completed effective Public speaking course from Indo-American Society and also having completed computer hardware training from Microbits Institute. is work area covers wide array of Trademark matters. Mr. Rajesh has done Diploma course of tour and travel from TITT (Training Institute of Travel Trade) recognized by IATA (International Air Transport Association). He is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi & English.
