Dr. Rajeshkumar Acharya’s activities span the firm’s intellectual property practice. He has extensive experience in the establishment and maintenance of internal company procedures for the management of intellectual property. He has organized and participated in various seminars and conferences.

He has been a speaker at numerous seminars, in which International Seminars includes topics like “Patent Harmonization” at National Association of Patent Practitioners (NAPP), “Intellectual Property Rights in India” in China, and “Intellectual Property Laws in India” at Singapore.

Dr. Acharya is also registered to practice before Canada Patent & Trademark Office. He had published various research papers in National and International Journals and Magazines of Intellectual Property Laws.
