Ms. Utsava Gajjar works with the Patent Division of the Firm. She focuses on Patents related to engineering while working with H. K. Acharya & Co.

She handles the status of domestic Patent Applications. Her work area centers around the preparations regarding necessary forms for Patent Applications, she makes the prior art search and drafts Patent Application related to engineering. Ms. Utsava Gajjar possesses the Bachelor Degree of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Nirma University.
 
She has worked on Project - “Recovery of Copper Using Adsorption”. She actively participated in Indian Science Congress sponsored by Nirma University. Ms. Utsava presented seminar on Patenting issues in Nanotechnology at 24th National Convention of Chemical Engineers “The Institution of Engineers (India)”. She has attended National Roving Seminar on Patent Cooperation Treaty. She is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
